Packages

To ensure positive change which allows new habits to be practiced and reinforced, a minimum coaching package of 3 months is recommended. Individual tailored packages of 6 and 12 months are also available. Payment for packages can be made in full prior to commencement of coaching or monthly in advance.

Coaching occurs  3 – 4 times a month via Skype or telephone with a range of appointment days and times available. Sessions generally last between 30 – 45 minutes. As Beth has an international client base she uses an online booking system which reflects your specific time zone. Under specific circumstances Beth will travel to coach a client or group of clients face to face or to deliver workshops.

COACHING STYLE

My style of coaching is based on the belief that you already know what is best for you. As your coach I will work with you to find your best solution to whatever is happening – utilising very powerful, deliberate and carefully chosen questions which will challenge your current thinking and the limitations that you may be placing on yourself. You will also access your intuition and gain a deeper knowledge and understanding of yourself and your behaviours.

Developing, inspiring and motivating clients who are making positive changes to their lives and sharing the excitement of it all is truly a privilege. I’m also passionate about people ability to develop new ways of looking at things, and most importantly I work with you to:

You will be the focus of each session – relying on me to challenge, uncover, explore and facilitate while giving you time to process your thinking. We will follow these steps:

  • Get clarity on what you want
  • Acknowledge your Why
  • Define the steps needed to get what you want
  • Keep commitment and motivation high
  • Measure progress against your goals and targets
  • Have fun celebrating each success
